The Royal Icing Consistencies!

Ok guys I thought I would share this with you today! I was making royal icing flowers to decorate cupcakes with so i thought i would share this handy tip with you!

1. Thin and Sloppy!! 
This consistency can be used for flooding cookies
with, but is not useful for cupcakes or cakes!

2. Medium!
This can be used to flood or border cookies, 
you can dip cupcakes into it to decorate them!

3. Stiff! YAY
Ok this is the consistency you want when you are 
piping flowers or borders, it has a consistency like
buttercream and pipes flowers well!
